• NERVE SEPARATION APPARATUS FEATURE
• After removing the thick nerves visible on the meat with a knife, the meat is cut into long pieces and thrown into the chamber. The adjusting nut on the nerve separation apparatus should be tightened to the right by hand before starting the machine, then loosened 1 or 2 turns, and the nerve separation tube should be pulled forward manually. When the machine is turned on, the meat nerves and fibers come out of the neural tube in the form of residue while the meat is removed from the front mirror holes and the nerves in the meat are separated. The rate of wastage is between 3% and 6%.
