• The machine has been designed for the first time by our company to comply with CE standards, considering hygiene and human health. Transmission body is aluminum casting. Transmission front cover is cast iron to prevent oxidizing and rotting of the seal bearing.

304 quality stainless steel is used in the upper tray and casing of the machine.
• The meat outlet chamber and spiral of the machine (sleeve) are 304 quality stainless (Cr – Ni) steel casting.
• The front ring of the machine (nut) is specially alloyed aluminum casting.
• The machine has a stainless steel mirror and blade.
• The meat outlet chamber of the machine (sleeve) is made of stainless steel in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, and it is designed by our company to be easily removable.
• Right – left changeover switch is used in the machine.
